The Grace House Entire 4bed detached

The house was in an ideal location for where we needed. It was very spacious, the kitchen was lovely and nice big table for us all to sit around. The rooms were all clean although could do with a bit of love in certain areas as lots of stains, broken sofa etc. Great that there was enough parking for 3 cars. The host was very responsive and gave us all info required for check in etc before arriving.

Everything in the kitchen (glasses, mugs, pans, grill pan etc) were filthy. We had to rewash everything before using. There were only 2 prosecco glasses/ 4 forks, which for house advertising for 8 people, you'd expect there to be enough cutlery/ glasses. There were also only 4 large towels left out, which again for a group of 8 wasn't ideal, when its advertised as having towels provided. The beds were very uncomfortable, but for the 1 night we were there it didn't matter too much.

The house its very bid, modern and clean. We stayed there only for one night, but we loved the house, how spacious he is, amazing large kitchen and comfy beds. Locations its great-only 7 min by taxi from city center.

A wonderful home and we would stay there again!

Clean bathrooms. Large rooms.

Dirty mugs, marks on bedding, no mirrors in bedrooms, very low beds which aren't suitable for older people. Lots of scuff marks and chips on paintwork. Looks tired.

Spacious rooms. Off road parking for 3 cars. Small toy box for the children, secure back garden for the dog.

It sleeps 8 so should also cater for 8. Only 2 wine glasses available. Would have been nice if the bed linen had been ironed.
