Flat was perfect for the CoOp Live. After reading the previous comments I was a bit worried about what to expect, I shouldn’t have bothered. Yes it wasn’t immaculate, but it was functional.

Nothing I didn’t like. The property would benefit from refresh, the door handle is missing of the kitchen door, the fridge front is a little rusty, but for an overnight stay it was fine.

Great location, very close to McDonald’s and the co op live arena, very quiet location

No live TV (but you do have access to Netflix and prime so don’t worry) and the bed was a tad too firm for my liking but that’s personal preference

We come for the dblock concert and was literally 5 minutes walk from the coop live stadium. The apartment was comfortable and was clean, had loads of room and fitted 6 of us in (2 extra tagged along) Was lovely and warm which is needed in December. Balcony was nice too especially for the pictures on the night time with the coop sign in the back ground lit up. The girls loved this.

Nice and clean. Not far from Manchester City Centre and easy accessible. Local shops nearby.

No shower gel most people bring we did somewhat forget and one there empty , hotwater ran out 1person showered first night then no more hot water for anymore else then again next day after a shower stayed cold had to leave without shower . . Also the smell of dog was unpleasant in livingroom . Need new pans didnt like much cooking in them .
