Location was good and the view was lovely

Firstly, upon arrival, we were greeted with an overpowering smell of cannabis throughout the apartment block, which was both unpleasant and concerning. This immediately raised red flags and set the tone for a deeply disappointing stay. The apartment was described as "luxury," but in reality, it was anything but. The property is extremely run down, in desperate need of a deep clean, and requires complete redecoration throughout. The bunk bed was unstable and shook with any movement, and the mattress was in a very poor and unhygienic condition. The paintwork across the apartment was dirty, marked, and clearly neglected. The kitchen was in an especially unacceptable state. The cooker appeared unhygienic and unusable, the fridge freezer was rusting, and unbelievably, there was no handle on the kitchen door, making it awkward and impractical to use. In addition, the sofa had questionable white stains on it, and cigarette stumps had been left in a used Starbucks cup—an appalling and unhygienic oversight. This level of neglect is entirely unacceptable for any accommodation, let alone one advertised as "luxury." I am requesting a full explanation, an apology, and a refund due to the misleading description and extremely poor condition of the property. One Star Because Zero Isn’t an Option Staying at the Eaglet apartment was like walking into a crime scene — minus the tape. The walls? Filthy. The oven? A biohazard. Stains everywhere, like a horror movie set left to rot. And the smell? A choking cloud of stale weed that hits you like a punch. Oh, and guess what? The door handle is missing. You literally can’t escape the nightmare. This place doesn’t need a cleaner — it needs to be condemned. It was less a stay, more a test of survival. I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy. Avoid. Seriously.

Close to the Venue so fantastic location.

In need of a good clean and a bit of maintenance. . Window and wardrobe in the bedroom were both broken. Few thinks like tea towels and oven gloves required.
