Lovely apartment so close to tram

Only thing d television wasn’t work

Great apartment, had everything we needed. Floor 6 but has a lift. The host met us on arrival showed us how to work the hot water and gave us the key. 5/10 min walk to the Co-op live (you can see it from the front room window. You can also walk through the car park and cut through. Excellent location if you are going to Co-op live or Man City ground. £13 in an Uber or cab from Piccadilly station to the apartment. Would definitely stay again.

A lot of the furniture in the property was very used or damaged and didn't feel very clean

The location is great and beds are comfortable. No outside noise that we could hear either. Huge Asda in 5 min walk and McDonalds too.

The walls need a clean/paint. No door handle on the kitchen and worktops heavily marked, as is the flooring throughout. The main bedroom bed needs reupholstering as the pleather on the head board and footboard have been peeled off. Lacking in dishes if you have the full capacity staying and no frying pan, just 2 saucepans. Bathroom clean and kitchen but all radiators were covered in dust. Nice chap met us to let us into the flat and gave us a paper parking permit and showed us how to work the boiler. Nice overall, just needs a face-lift in some areas.

Very close to the Co-op live arena which is where we were going so could just walk there. Apartment was clean, alot of space, in a good area.
