"It was ok as a base but definitely should not be described as luxury apartments."

Could do with a refresh . Bed material ripped , missing door handle , marks all over paint work.

"Exceptional"

Everything you need, spotlessly clean and perfect for an event at the Etihad or Co-Op Live arena. Only £7 in an Uber to get to City Centre. Tram stop 10 minute walk too. Owner was very easy to deal with and excellent communication.

Nothing. Some very small snagging repairs needing done but, nothing that effects your stay in anyway.

"Great location."

Brilliant location, near Etihad and Co-op Live stadiums. Walking distance to both. Asda and McDonald's too.Has a lift as on top floor so good views of above stadiums. Comfy beds , nice lounge . Large shower room

Needs freeview on telly , luckily we had iplayer log in. Shower tray doesn't drain well. Kettle too complicated , I gave up and boiled water in cups in microwave. Generally decor is a little tired and needs some TLC, however non of the above spoilt our stay.

Owner was friendly and greeted us on arrival and showed us where to park, what codes to use where and showed us up to the room.very helpful Right near the coop arena. Could see it from the room.
