Very friendly owner and clean apartment.

The apartment was clean but a bit old fashioned. Refurbishment and new furniture desirabke. Location far from city centre.

Nice balcony view, 5 minute walking distance from the Co-op arena, cooking and laundry opportunities, comfortable beds & good water pressure in the shower.

We weren’t informed there was a boiler so the hot water ran out and we had to wait for a long time for it to be back. The owner of the apartment did come by to assist us turn it back on, which was very nice of him. At check in there was no clear information given about check out etc. so we had to contact the morning of check out to ask about where to leave the key, so it would’ve been nice if there had been given some more information. Also, the shower head fixture was broken so the shower head couldn’t be moved up.

Great location. Clean / Tidy / warm welcome by the owner. Neighbours decided to blast music at 3.30 which kinda ruined the evening for myself. Other than that we had a great stay. Secure parking, local to buses / trams / Asda and within minutes of eithad - main reason for our visit. Views in the day and at night were great! 😊

A little wear and tear needs tending too - and a frying pan / hairdryer would be great. Apart from that clean / tidy.

Noisy in the early hours (loud music being played)

No breakfast but we was only here for 1 night

We liked the proximity to coop live, where we were going, it was a perfect distance. it was good to have a safe parking area. it was also handy to have a big food shop so close. Very welcoming host.

The apartment was advertised as luxury. There was nothing luxury about it. There was a smell of cigarettes and mustiness meaning we had to have the windows and balcony door open all the time. The wardrobes were broken, no bulb in the lamp, no door handle by the kitchen - just a hole where it should have been, very damaged leather effect bed, filthy kitchen - especially the oven, not enough cooking equipment, rubbish in the drawers. Light strip lying on the floor - not secured, Not a great area to stay. Quite noisy.
