Fantastic location for Etihad / Co-Op Live arena

A simple packet of tea bags & coffee sachets with milk would have been a very welcome addition. Thank you.

No breakfast as self-catering. Location good for the COOP arena, 5 to 10 min walk. Ugo met us and was friendly and helpful, even came back when we messaged to say that there werent any towels. Secure parking was good and reassuring.

The property I wouldnt describe as "luxury" any more, it was very tired and was in need of TLC and a total refresh, including re paint, changing furniture and fridge- which was rusting, second bedroom wasnt ideal given that it is a bunk bed, no bedside lighting, no door handle on kitchen door. Lacked enough kitchenware, crockery, glasses etc. A mismatch of items, no tea towel or oven gloves, jams had been left in a cupboard and were mouldy, so we threw them away. Advertised as free toiletries, these were what other residents had left. A smell of "weed" seeped through from other apartments, very unpleasant. It served a purpose for the visit to the COOP arena, but a shame as happy to pay the price but expected a better standard of finish. Opened door to balcony, then couldnt close it, we were afraid of breaking it completely. Needs a deep clean as well as glass was covered in finger prints. No instruction manual for anything, trial and error.

Very close to co-op live and etihad stadium only 5 mins walk parking too

Definitely not luxury! But did the job for a nights stay. Nice and clean etc
