Internet wasn't very good

Great iconic location. Cosy room

No fridge, not enough toilet paper. Door was difficult to lock and when we messaged over booking.com and then also called the number given on our booking we got no response.

Internet connection issues

Small room with a great location. Heaters worked well. Nice shower. Lovely big towels. Very close to shops and restaurants. Went on a great boat trip that’s a few steps away. Amazing dinner at Dulse Brock. Very friendly staff at the Rosedale Hotel who directed us to our place and help manage the property.

Would love a small fridge as when travelling usually have a few things to keep in a refrigerator. I imagine parking would be very tricky in busier times - we were lucky, especially given our luggage!

Very clean, central and walking distance in town. As advertised.

Location, ease of checking in, cleanliness

Bed was uncomfortable, curtains need upgrading, room had musty smell, mildew on bathroom ceiling. Toilet and shower backed up and flooded the bathroom.. manager got us into another room upstairs which was much nicer.

Great location and perfect for a family of 3 for an overnight stopover prior to getting the ferry to the Outer Hebrides.

It is obviously in a prime location of Portree but given breakfast is not included, I did feel it was fairly pricy for what it was. A small mini fridge would be useful if people were staying longer, or if like us, had a toddler to provide breakfast for in the morning
