Beautifully presented. Great size. Perfect location

I liked the location of the property as it’s extremely close to the centre of York. I liked the design of each room

The pillows were a bit too hard for my liking - I feel like you should have a hard pillow and a soft pillow of the bed and allow people to choose to sleep with which one they prefer. The shower was also tiny, I’m quite small and I couldn’t bend over to pick up my body wash.

Location was very close to the city centre. Very easy to access all the hot spots. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Having access to a full kitchen and washing machine was very helpful. Easy key lock access.

• Wifi stopped working eight times during our 4 night stay. Internet on phones works so not sure what's wrong with Wifi. Difficult because we needed it for our work but couldn't at times. • Shower randomly turns freezing cold. Have to keep water temperature on hottest setting for it to not turn cold. We don't want it that hot so very uncomfortable. • Very loud truck emptying the local glass bins between 5-6:30am everyday. • Flat is on the second floor which is difficult to access with suitcases and for people with mobility issues.

So central, lovely furnishing, nice and warm on arrival!

It’s just very noisy as deliveries are being made early morning, but that’s not the fault of the apartment or owner, it’s beautiful!

We were woken by the window cleaner at 5am which woke my 2 year old son also and then the bin men at 6am - I wouldn’t recommend staying on a Sunday night
