Great vibes. Terrific location. Loved the suite we stayed in

I loved the view from my room and the terrace at the top floor room. The daytime staff, particularly Mateo and the cleaner were wonderful and attentive.

The night staff weren’t responsive and they didn’t give me back my ID I used as a security deposit when I left. I had to ask them to mail it back to me.

The room with private terrace was perfect. It gave us enough privacy while still enjoying the amenities of the hotel and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Totally recommend.

Lovely staff, who went out of their way to be helpful (booked taxis, gave recommendations etc.), beautiful pool, spacious room and very quiet.

The water supplied in the kitchen could be easier to dispense. Would suggest a water cooler with tap, perhaps? Other than that, nothing!

The staff was so helpful calling taxis and making recommendations . The place was a short walk to the beach and to restaurants . Relatively quiet .

For the price the room was quite spartan.... very frw amenties like bottled water or room safe were offered. Very minimally decorated . I feel it was overpriced

We booked to stay here last minute and it was superbly located, close to the beach and a short work to the main street, although tucked away so nice and quiet at night. Lots of greenery and the pool was decent.

We chose to stay in the suite but wasn’t aware there would be no AC. Apparently this is the only room that doesn’t have AC and we were only offered a pretty loud, industrial type fan. It was very hot! The communal areas were pretty luscious but there seemed to be a huge amount of guest rules, especially about the beach/pool towels which we had to pay a deposit for and received many messages about returning!
