The location for our visit was nice

The dishes were still in the dishwasher. It didn’t look like the dishwasher had really worked. The dishes looked clean, but the soap dispenser still had a pod in It was not completely dissolved. The room was freezing cold. There is no vent on the heater so the air couldn’t be directed anywhere except out and it would hit us on the back every time it turned on.

There wasn't any breakfast.

The room, and the entire hotel for that matter, needs a serious upgrade. One soap dispenser had been pulled from the wall and there was no effort to repair, and others were empty.

Not applicable.

Room extremely hot! Hard to control temp. No remote. We needed to get one and then spend time programing it. Then TV did not work. No Kleenex. Lots of dirt by headboard by bed. No soap. Location good for Ice Castles.
