Location was good and the staff was very friendly

Bed were small and uncomfortable. One room smelled bad.

The window unit was so loud that each time it came on, it woke me up. Turned it off so that I could sleep.

it was convenient, clean and very decently priced.

The location met our needs.

Perhaps it was because I forgot to ask for a room away from the elevator, but it was very nosy inspite of all the signs posted wrt quiet hours. There were people talking in the hallway, walking very heavily, lots of banging past 2am. They provided frozen burritos for breakfast on the weekend but didn't mention that was not provided during the week - otherwise we would have taken them for the following morning.

Leaving. I was happy to leave.

I paid $550 for a two night stay, of those two nights, I was never able to a hot shower. The complimentary breakfast consisted or a cold burrito that I was required to microwave in my own room with no coffee. I was told by a staff member to "take it or leave it." Another quest looked at me, in disbelief at his reply and repeated his words. The coffee maker in the room had nasty scale build up and the dishwasher was not empty from previous occupants of the room. This is just a small taste of how bad this experience was.

It was so over priced for the quality of the place. Would never stay here again. P

Everything the room was not clean. No towels in bathroom. Staff walked in without knocking in our room. Terrible stay
