"False advertising, zero accountability, and a staff that thinks laughing at guests is ok."

The only real positive was that the family suite had three beds. Beyond that, the stay was underwhelming. Definitely not what we expected.

They advertised free breakfast, but there wasn’t any the entire time we were there. When I asked about it and requested a partial refund, they laughed in my face. Totally unprofessional and misleading. I wouldn’t stay here again.

accommodated a large group.

the room I reserved 2 weeks in advance was given to someone else. the point of a big room was so our family could stay together. they gave us a second room across the hall but I wasn’t happy about arriving at 10:00 pm to find out about it.
