Simona was a terrific host, right from the time of booking till the day we left. She did everything she could to make it a good visit for us. The apartment is lovely, well equipped and spacious for two people. We liked being on the ground floor, since the doors and windows were very secure. No stairs!

Although the apartment was very secure, with a strong door, we do like to have a safe on the premises. The entrance into the building needs some repairs and maintenance.

Good location. Close to everything. Comfortable apartment with everything we needed.

Simona is an angel!! he was extremely kind, answered all our questions, received us personally, and even helped us carry our suitcases. The equipment of the apartment is extra, it is also beautiful and comfortable. Parking is a bit difficult, but can be done on the nearby main road, and since the city center is a few steps away, you don't even need a car. 10/11, we love everything!

This is a wonderful apartment, even better than the photos! It’s bigger than it looks and is really comfortable, with everything you need for a short or long stay. The host Simona is exceptional, friendly and helpful, great communication. The air conditioning is very effective, which was appreciated during my stay and it was useful to have the washing machine too. Apartment is also in a good location, with two supermarkets close by, a cafe for coffee at the end of the street and easy walking distance to everything.

Everything was perfect - ideal for a couple or solo. Quiet, immaculate and comfortable. Outside terrace is cosy but private and lovely to have. Perfect location near city centre. A real haven easy to pop back to for a break from sightseeing, with lots of bars and eateries just a short walk plus a small well-stocked supermarket at the end of the road. And Simona the owner was delightful and very efficient. I would certainly rebook if it is available for my next visit.

This stylish apartment made our stay in Bologna unforgettable. Although located near the university and the old Jewish quarter in the old town centre it was absolutely quiet. The little terrace with the flowering Jasmine is gorgeous! The communication with our host Simona was easy and extremely friendly! She made our late check out possible! Thank you, Simona

Beautiful place!

Very nice and modern apartment in Bologna central. It has all you needed for a vacation home. Added bonus with a washing machine. I was able to use the washer and wash my clothes. Beautiful and lovely apartment
