Quiet location. Clean.Had washing machine. The small, rear courtyard gave us something to look out on.

Small bathroom and shower cubicle. The entrance from the street and down an unattractive corridor a bit off-putting.

Great cozy place in the city centre. Easy to get to the eating shopping area. At night time, it's quiet for sleeping. It's a really big space for our family and with a small outside garden.

Perfect location and Simona has been super helpful providing other information for us.

We spent three nights here. It is a very well equipped apartment; fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, and an espresso machine with coffee pods! A small courtyard is perfect to chill in the morning or evening before starting activities. Conveniently located - walking distance from the Bologna Central Station, and there are many cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. The owner is always accessible via WhatsApp.

The stay was perfect, Simona is lovely, thanks for all the assistance! We would return some day for sure. Great location, modern furniture, everything needed was available...we felt like home. Excellent apartment!

We loved the quiet hideaway in the hip area of Bologna, close to nice bars, restaurants and sightseeing. The patio is a really nice addition. Simona was super friendly!!!

When we visited, temperatures rose to 38°, and the airconditioning in the living room (also our bedroom as we travelled with our two kids) could not cool the room. The aircon in the bedroom was also 'broken': it cooled at +-18° always, even when setting the temp at 26°.

everything was just perfect. great location!! this is a old building, in the historic center that has been totally remodeled and just perfect. check in was impeccable and Simona was so helpful. we had a great time

the apartment is renovated, and the furniture all is new and modern. the entrance is easy, and the location is very central. I was in Bologna for a conference, and it was very close to university buildings. Overall, we stayed for three days and never used public transport. It is in the walking distance to all sightseeings. the Host is super friendly, and she allowed us to check in earlier than usual as our flight landed at 8.00am. Later on she answered all our questions super quickly. the apartment is very comfortable for a couple or family. all has been considered. there is coffee machine, kettle, coffee, tea, sugar, spices and so on. The Host also put a Champaigne for us as a welcome gesture. it was so nice of her.
