The wonderful welcome from Simona, who immediately put us at our ease. The lovely garden patio, where we had our breakfast every morning. The location, close, or a short walk away from the main sites. Very clean. The bed was so comfortable. All crockery and cutlery was available, plus more besides.

There was nothing not to like. The shower room was small, but perfectly formed. We loved it! Perhaps it would have been better if we'd won Eurovision 🏆 but that's not down to you!

Beautiful apartment in a really convenient location within the centre/ wonderful host who let us check in early and was super helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate in staying here again. The little courtyard was so nice to sit out and have breakfast in too and Simona even left a little gift as it was a birthday getaway.

Nothing it was great

Simona is a top host, most helpful and kind, available for any possible question you might have; always available via whats app with immediate reaction and response! having being 1st time to Bologna, thanks to Simona it was so easy to find our way to the appartment, to know about the must do's and see's. Every of her recommendation was top, and she did not get tired to respond to any of our (many) questions! If you are lucky to get her appartment for your stay in Bologna, you can really look very much forward to your trip and stay - everything was perfect!

Excellent location and great flat with comfortable bed, lovely little terrace. Our host was so accommodating and lovely.

Only minor detail is a lack of natural light and wifi wouldn’t connect to tv so you could only watch Italian programmes. But you’re not here to stay in the flat anyway!

Fantastic apartment in a great location. Simona our host was incredibly helpful at check-in and throughout our stay. The apartment is large with a comfortable bed, large open plan kitchen and quaint courtyard to the rear. It is located to the back away from roads meaning it was quiet. I would highly recommend this apartment.

We enjoyed all aspects of our stay

We arrived a little earlier than expected (no delays at the Airport) - Simona went out of her way to get to the property as soon as she could and we were in 45 mins earlier than we had hoped.
