Hotel Lha-yul nearby MG Road Gangtok

One of the two rooms had a good view, staff tried to be helpful.

Misleading marketing of the location near MG marg, location wasn’t good, climb a steep set of stairs to access the room from main road, restaurant / food facilities awful, poorly managed by owner, rooms sparsely provided with toiletries, tea/coffee facilities. Even the car vendor partner provided by the hotel turned to be a scam, making money by charging higher rate and sub contracting to another vendor - who doesn’t take responsibility.

Everything starting from room cleanliness to room service was on point. Mr. Manish(owner) was too polite and helpful at all times and took the responsibility for our travel to local view points and Nathula. Mr. Dipendra was also available 24hrs whenever we needed anything. If swimming is renovated it would be one of the best hotels in gangtok to stay at.

The location was awesome and the room facilities as mentioned are available

The property Facade view once a person visits that property if he views the property from outside he will definitely run from that time but when he enters inside the property is good

food item limited, quality is not up to date,

when i booking the room online , their attitude like i take the room free, common facilities like tea pouch , suger , shop dental kite , saving kit, this are the basic necessary for every traveler .

The room didn't had a view . Had few mosquitoes. Also they didn't provide coffee or tea. The hotel was not so near to mg road as mentioned in description
