Hotel Lha-yul nearby MG Road Gangtok

Room is spacious and big, it is a newly built property, view from the room is also good. asthetic and cleanness of the is up to mark. staff is also polite and helpful. price is not much for the amount of space provided.

I travelled during slightly off season period, support staff was very limited so restaurant was not functional, so all meals were to be order from outside. Property is about 1.5 km from MG marg, a steep climb, but you can find share taxi, but still a hassle. Property is not at all assessable as you have to comedown long stairs. I found slight mouldy smell in the washroom. No GST bill was provided at checkout. I would expect a better service if i am paying.

Worst hotel, non sense staff, asking for money in their personal account, stupid staff ....lacks hospitality...we reached in superb cold weather and my wife was shivering out of cold...instead of welcoming the stsff started giving us lectures on why we should pay money on their personal account rather than online....poor hotel non sense staffs worst hotel i ever been....highly urecommended
