​The room and toilet were clean. Hotel cleaniess were good.

I am highly disappointed with my stay at this property. The hotel advertises itself as a 4-star category, but the amenities and service barely meet 2-star standards. ​We booked a triple room, but it was equipped with only a single queen-size bed (which is meant for two people). Fitting three adults comfortably was impossible. Furthermore, basic amenities like complimentary tea/coffee packets and sealed mineral water bottles—which are standard even in budget 3-star hotels—were completely missing. ​Cons: ​Severe Accessibility Issues: To access the hotel, you have to walk down nearly 40 steps via a staircase. There is no proper ramp or elevator access for this, making it incredibly difficult and unsafe for elderly guests or anyone with heavy luggage. ​Dining: The onsite restaurant has a very limited food menu with almost no options. ​Misleading Advertising: Calling this a 4-star property is a massive stretch and feels like a scam to guests who pay expecting premium comfort. ​It was a very frustrating and uncomfortable experience. I would not recommend this place if you are traveling in a group or with family.

Liked the service especially how Deepankar bhai made sure to help us in every way possible. Manish ji also were very sweet and was a good guide to us. The main thing which i liked was the view from the room. Mountain view room was worth it. Accessibility to MG Marg was also a good point.

The room size is really good. Room had all the basic facilities including mini refrigerator. The Room I had booked was no outside view. You, are just confined to your room. If you book a mountain view room, it is worth paying.

Though the location is shown very near to MG Market, it takes 20-25 minutes walk. It is not easy due to steep hight. The approch of the hotel is again an issue. It is not visible from the road. You have to down using stairs and many steps. Initially it does not give a good feeling.However, if you take into account the money paid for the stay, it os definetly a value for money. Finding a place in such a low price in the season is not easy.

Once it was 4 star status.

Most of the rooms are underground. Once it was the category of 4 ⭐,but it seems now like king without a kingdom.No restaurants,no modern amenities. Too far from MG Marg,it always needs car service. .
