We loved the cosy atmosphere. As a group of 7, we loved the sleepover feel! The beds were amazing and comfortable! Very toasty, warm, and amazing amenities! It was a family favourite! Seeing the alpacas in the backyard was lovely! Maria, our host, was fantastic and kind and was available if we needed her! If we ever come back, we will come back to stay here!

The oven you can only either use the top stove or the oven not at the same time. But it wasn't a huge deal.

Location

Lack of privacy, the blinds are see thru, outside can see in, when the lights are on at night. Public park on one side, owners house on the other.

Like a home away from home

Great for a family. The host was very accommodating for a last minute booking with yummy muffins and breakfast supplied. Good hot shower.

Nothing

The host was absolutely lovely, with a perfectly timed introduction she offered a warm welcome & a bowl of pellets for us to feed the animals at some point during our stay. The area had a very nice rural feel yet only a couple minutes from town centre. The space was super comfortable, warm and spacious. With the special extras like toiletries in the bathroom, some helpful and appreciated goodies supplied in the perfectly stocked and set out kitchen like bread, spreads, cupcakes, coffee etc.. w/ plenty of milk, juice, yoghurts for the kiddies, a cot/high chair for the baby, it was not only incredibly accomodating but felt like a real home away from home. Had EVERYTHING we needed and catered to not only my 16 year old but my 1 year old perfectly. Beds were incredibly comfortable and there was a great deal of spare blankets which was also really appreciated. Check in and parking was easy peezy. The pool table was a bonus and meeting/feeding the animals was the cherry on the top. Really enjoyed our stay!!!

Can't fault it!

It was very spacious and homely. We felt very welcomed, we had more privacy here then at other motels. We would definitely come back again.

Great option for a family, 3 minutes out of town, quarter of an hour to Hobbiton
