The room was perfect for our requirements. Clean,lovely bathroom and well-equipped for making own drinks.

The hosts were very welcoming and friendly providing a very pleasant atmosphere. The bedroom with en suite bathroom was very clean, comfortable and quiet, with instant hot water. The menu was varied and the food was cooked to order, very tasty and reasonably priced. As the weather was fine it was a perfect opportunity to eat 'al fresco' in the attractive garden at the rear of the property. I would definitely stay again when in the area.

Being ladies, more wardrobe space for 2 persons staying for 5 days would have been good

From check in to leaving Nikki and Daviid were exceptional hosts, it’s a quaint local village pub with quality local food prepped and served to a high standard. Nothing was too much trouble. The room which was close to the car park opposite with lovely gardens and outside seating. We had a continental breakfast daily, fresh milk and juices on request. Fridge microwave and coffee machine in your room. Loved it and will definitely return. .

Nothing, it was a quiet location, lovely pub serving meals, and fab hosts… Nikki and David could not do enough for us, car park was barrier operated ( opens when you drive up to it) with PIN number/key fob attached to your key. Beautiful garden and benches outside ..

The dinner

Greeted by David, the helpful owner, everything clearly explained to make our visit trouble free. We also had our evening meal at the Bell, great value and excellent food. Good wifi and a smart tv too, so we can keep up with stuff whilst away from home. Handy secure car park too,
