"Never again!!!"

3.0

The staff were very pleasant

The hotel is misrepresented on Bookings.com. It is more of a pub than an hotel. There is no lift. Our room was on the top floor, not great for my husband who has a heart condition. Parking - leaving vehicles is risky - notices everywhere stating leave at your own risk. The night we checked in there was a wedding taking place so lots of revellers - not the quite coaching Inn we anticipated. We decided to check out 10 minutes after checking in!

"I would stay again but would be carful with room sellection"

8.0

Location is the best in Boston, I grew up there but this was first time I had to pay to stay in my home town

Lack of ventilation, windows hardly opened and no through ventilation on a warm day so we had to keep windows open at night to try and continue cooling the rom so experienced some after hours ‘singing’ from ‘happy’ people. Nothing against those having fun.

"Good Service, But additional charges."

7.0

The hotel is nice in itself, the car park at the rear is a pain to get to and its free for guests, staff are pleasant and helpful, Great that you can bring your dog but there is a additional charge that isn't through booking.com which is very unfortunate.

The extra charge at the hotel, I stated we'd be bringing our dog and got a response saying that is fine there will be no charge, arrived at the hotel and had to pay a additional £15 which is unfortunate, had i known this may have gone elsewhere. No lifts in the hotel to which was stated but to get to the room was plenty of steps up and down, narrow corridors so when we left in the morning even trying to be quiet lot of bumping down the halls.
