The White Hart Hotel, Boston, Lincolnshire - The Coaching Inn Group

Staff were uniformly great. The rooms were characterful and comfortable. The restaurant, though having a smaller choice than many, served excellent food, nearer to fine dining than pub restaurant. Pillows very good. liked the night light in the bathroom. Brilliant location on the river right opposite the gorgeous 'Boston Stump' bell tower and free parking.

Only a small thing, a complaint of most UK hotels after staying in lots of Norwegian hotels. The beds could have been more padded. In Norway, hotel beds nearly always have mattress toppers which make a huge difference. They were no different than other UK hotels, but as everything else was a cut above other hotel chains offerings, this would make them stand out even further.

Arrived at the hotel and could not get parked in there hotel car park spoke to reception and was told there was a wedding reception on so was busy and had to wait 40 minutes for a space to come free, the room was of a poor standard of cleanliness and are room was located adjacent to the street outside and about 2 minutes walk to a nightclub all night there was crowds of people outside our room being very noisy and disruptive this went on till about 3.30am. Raised this to reception in the morning and they could say was sorry, absolutely disgusted with the whole set up and would never stay here again.

Was not impressed with the response from the staff, room was dirty.

What a fantastic location. Our room was amazing, we was greeted by lovely calming music playing from the radio when you walked in. The bathroom was so clean with both a bath and a shower along with lovely shampoo/conditioners. We ate in the bar area and it was delicious. I was served by a lovely friendly lady with long blonde hair, didn't catch her name. Great parking facilities which is always a bonus. Everything was on the doorstep even a wetherspoons! Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

Night manager could have been a bit more friendly.

It was so central, pretty location, super close to the places we needed. Staff were sooo lovely and there was a dog.

It was a bit of a maze but sort of to be expected in old buildings. The shower wasn’t the cleanest and could do with regrouting as it looks dirty (I’m sure they clean thoroughly but it stays black)

Super friendly staff, excellent breakfast and delicious dinners available. Also loved the care given to doggy! Best place to stay in Boston :)
