It went smoothly but no fresh fruit

Bed side table lamp wrong bulb so was not very good Lots of cob webs in bathroom above toilet.

In the centre, nice old building that has been well kept. Very good food.

"Nice hotel e"

Very nice hotel, close to the town. Very friendly

We were at the back of the hotel. The builders are doing work , nothing to do with the hotel. They started one morning just gone 6. Not good

Pašā pilsētas centrā. Ērta atrašanaš vieta, kas bija bija viens no izvēles kritērijiem. Varēja atstāt mantas pēc izrakstīšanās - pieklājīgi un pretimnākoši viesnīcas darbinieki.

Duša šaura un netīra. Nosūces ventilators vannas istabā skaļš un ilgi pēc izslēgšanas tas turpināja vēl darboties. Ļoti neērti spilveni - ļoti !!! Koridorā smirdēja pēc kanalizācijas - spēcīgi un nepatīkami.

"usually excellent"

A great hotel but was disappointed i tried to move the room booking as we use the hotel a lot but communication was poor and we got billed for a room we didn't use. previous stays have been excellent though

Communication via booking .com I'm not sure where the issue arose but it felt like we could have moved the booking but for the poor comms

Staff were excellent couldn't fault them one bit! Food was also brilliant.

The accommodation is tired and desperately needs some TLC.

"Great location and comfortable"

The room was a good size, it was our second room the one on the top floor was rather small.

There was no lift, though we appreciate that it is an old building but you have one in other hotels within the group and they are lso old buildings.
