Spacious, clean, and location is great and accessible to all good spots.

The location was in the center Staff are courteous There are security guards and parking The family room was spacious

Here‘s what we didn’t like! 1.) I have been traveling a lot across Europe, America and Asia. Never have I experienced an „Early Check-in“ fee. So far from the hotels I have experienced, when the room is ready, they let you stay early and free. It makes the guests of course very happy after a very tiring journey. Not in this case, they will charge you PHP200 per hour. The room is ready but unless you pay, you cannot check in. I find this very hilarious. It makes the guests feel that this is really business and serving the guests is just an option. Though we did a very early check-out. It didn‘t matter. 2.) The bathrooms were not clean and it stinks. The lights are blitzing. Water pressure on the shower is very low, 3.) Wifi is very unstable. 4.) Again, there are available beds but they removed the mattress, probably for you to pay more. Though we didn’t need it, but this is really a business hotel. Overall it was an okay experience, but probably would definitely stay on a different one when we come back to Vigan.

Had a great stay with the whole family here, the staff are amazing especially the security guards. They’re very friendly and nice. Will come back and definitely will recommend this place to everyone.

The bed mattress and the sheets are too thin. But still comfy enough. Wasn’t a big problem

Location - excellent for all attractions. Staff - friendly and helpful. Rooms - comfortable, we like the "heritage" atmosphere of the hotel and town.

Location is excellent. I did not try the breakfast but my sister said it is very good.

There was a slight smell in the bathroom.
