"Could have been better if well maintained and checked before customer occupy the unit"

-Near the tourist spot -Big Room -classic style room feeling of old Philippines -Nice view of perspective of hotel from outside

Night time, water heater is not working, staff came & take several times for it to work. but after 1 person took the hot shower it stop working again. Morning came & complained again for hot water & maintenance staff came to work again on the water heater.

Aside from the water supply and water heater for the shower, NSCC Casa De Vigan is a nice place to stay. Staff are accommodating and kind. We ordered silog breakfast and were sooOoo good. Room is spacious and doesn’t have a “scary” vibe since the hotel is ancestral type. And it is just 3min walk to Plaza Salcedo/ calle crisologo so it’s super convenient.

Water heater in Room 303 is connected to the sink instead of the shower.

The room was huge for a family of four and very clean. Staff were very courteous and accommodating. Shoutout to Rhea. The hotel has its own restaurant and parking.
