Location was good. Very close to the famous Calle Crisologo. Aircon in the room was very strong. On-site staff were very friendly and tried to help as much as they can, sadly though they can't do anything about the bad facilities.

No wifi or cellphone signal inside the room which was a huge problem for me because I was there for business. Every time I needed to have an online meeting, I had to go to the lobby to get internet access. Aircon was leaking so the floor was always wet. Tiles inside the room were stained. Window had no lock so I had to push the tables and chairs against it for added security. There was a blackout at 2am during my stay, and no emergency light turned on inside the room when it happened. Good thing I was awake at that time and I had my phone beside me so I turned on my phone so I had a guiding light to get out of the room. Customer service was bad also, before booking they were responsive. But during and after booking, they were already non-response both via private message in this site and even via email

Really nice building, very old style. Room was comfy with strong wifi. Pretty much right in the centre of Vigan, mere moments from the main tourist street.

I wouldn't say the room was anything special for the price.

Very clean, spacious, reminiscent of the Philippines distant past - nice too see the things you grew up maintained and kept for younger generations to see, learn and experience what it was like in the Philippines, especially when one has money.

The breakfast could be improved, limited choices, no veggies. The coffee is served in an espresso-sized cups- small, and when I asked for an additional coffee, the server said, I have to pay an additional 35 pesos. While 35 pesos seems inconsequential, I did not see the point of paying additional money for the meager amount of coffee served to begin with.
