"It was a lovely hotel and I would highly recommend!!!"

The location is good and very close to the centre. The room was nice and very clean. The room is very comfortable. Staff are ready to help if needed.

Great rooms and bathroom. Lovely, kind and helpful staff who even helped us carry our things to our room. Amazing area definitely check out the dene, beautiful walk only about 8 minutes away.

"Great location but very minimal it things you need from a hotel/BnB but overall it is as ok"

It was central and not far to from outlets

There was no staff available on arrival, the toilet was broken and when I when I phoned the number no one answered

Great location, basic room but a superb base. As described and great value for money. Windows that open for ventilation are a win for me!

We had a leaky shower base so needed to be cautious not to flood the place!

Location

No spoons to make hotel drink , bathroom door doesn't shut . No tv remote , couldn't turn tv volume up so couldn't hear it when manually turned tv on . Very out dated
