Check-in was smooth and friendly and is managed by the adjacent pub. The 2-bedroom apartment is very spacious and equipped with all the basics for a short stay. Each room has an en-suite and the decor is really nice and unique. The property is dog friendly and the owners readily accepted us taking our three dogs for a symbolic extra fee. There is a lovely riverside walk opposite the establishment, which is very convenient for a morning stroll with your four-legged companions. We highly recommend a walk on the Stroud commons, which is only 7 minutes away. Breathtaking and our dogs loved it!

The apartment is directly on a busy road so there's noise until late in the evening and from the early morning. Unfortunately, we found some dirty kitchen utensils and the sofa and carpet in the living room are in need of TLC. We sent the property a message regarding this issue and hope they will address it. The bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs were spotlessly clean so this was a pity.

You advertised breakfast was available in the pub next door. On arrival I asked the lady what time was breakfast, the reply was don’t open for breakfast. Plus your pictures of the entrance aren’t a true likeness. But will stay again

Bijou former stables fitted out thoughtfully. The open plan studio had a small kitchen two seater sofa, bed tv and shower toilet ensuite.

Unfortunately the one bedroom/ sitting room was directly below the two coach house above. We had three very noisy people until 1.45am. Only my shouting stopped their inconsiderate noise.

Really spacious place and good value for money. Two massive bedrooms with unique decor.

Needed more cleaning equipment such as fairy liquid and soap downstairs. And also the dishwasher didn’t work very well.
