USUSThe beds were filled with dog hair the couch had alot of dog hair. Not clean. My sink wasnt working had to use the kitchen sink. Trash cans didnt have any bags.
The hallways smelled very bad like rotten food.

USStaff was amazing in accommodating our needs and concerns.
Room was not cleaned appropriately. Floor was dirty I spilt some water and wiped it up and the wash cloth was filthy. Bathroom was smelly with sewer fumes coming from trap. The hotel was aware of the issue and they still put us there. We went to tell staff of the issue and they changed room, no questions asked. We appreciated that.

Check-in was a mess; long wait, only 1 person checking people in. Bathroom shower was grungy with black stuff all around the bottom of the shower door.
