Excellent standard of accommodation, Great location, wonderful host always on hand to answer any questions

The location was great. It was private yet right in the middle of everything.

Loved the location right in the heart of Whitby. Decorated and Furnished really nicely. Beds comfortable, gorgeous bathroom with powerful shower. Management readily available for few things that needed urgent attention during stay.

Fantastic cottage. Top end fixtures and fittings.

Lovely decor, perfect location, hot tub was great and very private, comfy beds.

An extra toilet would have been handy but everything else was great.

The mast cottage is the perfect get away for a small group, it has all the facilities you could ask for, the location is central, but tucked out of the way. It really is home from home, it is very comfy, clean and stylishly finished, could not have asked for anymore.

Great location.

Needs a good clean all round including Hot tub.

Beautifully decorated and great shower

Outside light on a sensor and wasn’t on when we got there. Finding it was difficult. No lights up where hot tub were. The twin room wasn’t clean- popcorn down behind bed and some of the kitchen utensils weren’t clean. The bathroom was lovely but the shower leaked when ran bath. And toilet brush fell off handle when lifted out and odd not to have a bin in there.
