very clean and tidy A hotel complex that meets every need, with a variety of programs. Separate area for families, with a pool, with a playground Very kind staff. Special thanks to Jose, who made sure we felt good from the moment we arrived. You can see that he loves his job!

Staff were outstanding, always went the extra mile and made you feel welcome. Food excellent, lovely bars overlooking the sea, rooms very clean and spacious

Air conditioning very poor in the El Beso rooms, old units blowing out humid air, would have rated 10 if it wasn’t for this minor issue

La atención de las personas que laboran ahí.

Escogí el hotel porque indicaba que contaban con un tobogán en una alberca para niños pero durante la estancia no se podía ocupar, por lo que sería conveniente que pongan esas notas al momento de vender mediante booking. La alberca familiar contaba con azulejos despegados con los cuales mi hija sufrió varias cortadas en su pie derecho, el hotel no cubrió la revisión médica, solo la curación del paramédico, tampoco canceló la zona de la alberca para evitar otros accidentes. La habitación estaba cerca de una alberca que tenía música en la noche a alto volumen.

We appreciate the size of the resort and the excellent staff. Food is pretty good, rooms have great amenities.

The beach in this area is not the best. Difficulty getting into reservation restaurants and the never-ending chair game both at pool and Beach.

Not being able to book restaurants and then having to complain to get in. Awful coffee in breakfast restaurant. Not being advised in advance about environmental tax. Bar staff not saying thank you for tips given . Having to go out early to bag a sun bed and staff not clearing towels where beds were unused

Ruoka oli joka paikassa hyvää. Pöytävaraukset hotellin apilla oli kätevää tehdä ja sieltä näki myös päivän ohjelman. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. Keilaus ja biljardi oli mukavaa ajanvietettä. Ravintoloista Sensai ja Italian Terazze saa täydet pisteet.

El Beso alue oli pieni ja kaikki aurinkopaikat oli jo ennen 8 aamulla varattu. Emme kokeneet hyötyvämme tästä lainkaan.

A great sized complex, in a quiet location that offers everything for a comfortable and relaxed stay. Good variety if retaurants, good range and quality of food and plenty of activities for a family to enjoy. WE really relaxed here and most of the staff were exceptional in their help.

I think they could add more sun beds in the high season so there are enough for everyone and the range of included alcoholic drinks could be improved across the bars and restaurants.
