Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées. Au niveau restauration, les différents petits restaurants sont corrects (même si parfois le rapport avec le thème de la cuisine est un peu élastique). Tous les personnels sont extrêmement gentils et serviables.

Cet hôtel est situé dans une zone hôtelière éloignée de toute autre activité. J'avais réservé à "El Beso adults only", ce qui est un leurre car seules les chambres sont situées dans certains bâtiments, la quasi-totalité des installations étant commune. Même si les chambres sont spacieuses la partie sanitaire est de taille restreinte notamment des toilettes très exiguës. Pour le calme, il faudra repasser : entre le soufflage des feuilles tôt le matin et les chariots de ménage qui passent toute la journée ou les animations qui hurlent près des piscines quand on ne coupe pas les branches des cocotiers près de la piscine à l'heure où il y a le plus de monde... Les heures de ménage sont également aléatoires (pancarte mise avant 8 heures et ménage non-fait à 15 heures à plusieurs reprises). Au buffet, le choix est très limité pour les plats chauds et on retrouve quasiment la même chose à tous les repas. Il faut parfois attendre longtemps pour être placé (même au petit-déjeuner quand la salle est quasiment vide) ou pour avoir des boissons. Au niveau petit-déjeuner, les boissons sont de qualité médiocre (jus de fruits et café). En résumé, il y a un manque flagrant d'organisation même si le personnel semble assez nombreux et compétent.
