Zona adulti non ha I ristoranti. Il sistema di prenotazione dei ristoranti non funziona bene e non essendo divisa la zona adulti da quella famiglie c’è troppa gente.

La habitación espaciosa, las piscinas, el personal es encantador y las actividades están muy bien. Y lo mejor el club infantil donde dejar a los niños de 10 a 16h con toda la flexibilidad de poder dejarles y recogerles a voluntad! La comida variada y rica en general

A veces es difícil reservar las mesas para cenar. Éramos una familia de 10 con 3 habitaciones y en las reservas solo puedes hacer una por habitación así que era difícil cenar todos juntos y en el mismo turno. Habitación poco iluminada La playa no es de las mejores, tiene bastante sargazo y está lejos de ser esas playas de azul turquesa de la rivera maya.

Tudo foi muito bom, funcionários educados e solícitos, estrutura bem preservada, tudo bem cuidado, resort beira mar, várias opções de restaurantes e piscinas. Apenas uma dica, que não é relacionada ao hotel, e sim a região, para quem chega na região por playa del carmen, e não por cancun, playa del carmen tem restrições contra aplicativos de transporte. Eu cheguei na rodoviaria de playa del carmen no começo da noite, e ainda sem dinheiro em espécie, sem opção de Uber, na rodoviária tive que pegar um outro onibus para a região de Puerto Morelos, e de lá sim, pegar um uber até o hotel.

Handdoekje leggen en de ligbedden bij het zwembad de hele dag bezet houden. En het exact om 10 uur moeten boeken van de restaurants (om er vervolgens ‘s avonds achter te komen dat de helft van het restaurant leeg is…)

Nice resort, good value. Food was great and the staff was exceptional. Joelle made great signature drinks at the marina bar and the staff at the pool side burger joint proactively split our burger when they realized that we were sharing. Beach was great and lots of umbrellas.

Location was a bit far from other attractions, not an issue but had some long bus rides to other places. Sales pressure for the prestige club was high which was a bit annoying but can't blame them for trying.

Well priced all inclusive with better than average food choices. Nice sized rooms with good amenities and very comfortable beds! Staff are kind and helpful. Good service at beach and pool areas. Excellent coffee at Mike's and lobby bar.

This was our third visit to this resort; the second time coming week before Christmas which we realize is likely one of the busiest weeks. However, compared to previous visits the property felt understaffed at restaurants and buffet. Waiters were super busy and as attentive as they could be, but it just felt like there were not enough workers to meet the needs. Cleanliness not quite up to par on beach and in hallways to rooms. Same trash on floor for hours in hallways that could use a good sweeping. Beach was awful this go round...no fault of the hotel as they had the beach raked with tractors. Water was churned up and brown for most of our week.
