Everything the hotel and staff are amazing

Great value for money. Good food especially at lunch locations villa marina and el beso. Great prompt and friendly service. Fun entertainment and activities. Free cabanas at el beso. Good gift shop. Beautiful pools. Really tasty margaritas. Lots of water provided and restocked daily in bar fridge. Good espresso offered at all the bars so could avoid long line ups at coffee shop in morning.

Dinners hard to book and disappointing except the habachi/ sushi place. Resort dated except for room which was recently remodeled. Limited drink selection especially beer and wine. Mini bar very limited (just 2 beers, a couple soft drinks and water). Room looked over jungle and had no view of pool or ocean (building 3). Hard to find a spot by pools after 10am. Narrow beach with limited activities.

The resort is a nice size, not too big. A good range of restaurants & the food was very nice apart from the Mexican restaurant. We were privilege so did not have any issues with booking . Good range of drinks. Rooms were big and cleaned every day. Most of the staff very friendly & helpful, others may have been having a bad day!

Would say paying for privilege is not worth it. Butler did not really do much apart from a good morning message. Good range of drinks anyway so don't need the top shelf ones. There is a privilege section in El Beso adults only but there are not enough sunbeds. Had to be up 7.30/8am to get a bed, not what I wanted on holiday. Only one waiter for beach & el beso, he was lovely but slow service & be ready to tip big for more attention.

Zu laut im Speisesaal, keine Möglichkeit aussen zu frühstücken. Liegen am Strand durchgelegen. Schon vor dem Frühstück alle Liegen auch an den Pools belegt.

Bellissima struttura, molto pulita ed accogliente con tante attrazioni e cose da fare. La camera molto grande e con un sacco di accortezze per rendere più piacevole il soggiorno ( pulisci scarpe, cuffia per doccia, Beaty kit, ferro da stiro a vapore...) Molte piscine con attività diverse, bowling, sala giochi e ristoranti internazionali otre ad un buffet molto ricco e con cibo ben preparato. Serate a tema e vari tipi di attività anche a pagamento all'interno. Comodissima la posizione vicino al pueblo di Puerto Morelos, lontano dal caos cittadino, e comunque vicino alle principali città del Quintana Roo con macchina o taxi.

Ci vuole pazienza per riuscire a fissare i ristoranti su prenotazione dalla APP dell'albergo, però siamo sempre riusciti in una mezz'ora a fissare. Nella junior suite sono presenti 2 letti a 1 piazza e mezzo che possono essere uniti dall'albergo, ma forse un letto matrimoniale sarebbe stato ancora più comodo

Temps d’attente à l’entrée de chaque restaurant SANS réservation. Possibilité d’être refusé à un restaurant sans réservation. Les oreillers sont trop durs et impossible de changer pour une autre option. L’eau de l’océan est brune et remplie d’algues.
