Upon check-in photo identification and credit card are required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Up to 2 children 2 years old and younger stay free when using existing bedding. Children 3 to 12 years old an stay for an extra fee, using existing bedding. Please note that when booking a rate where payment is due before arrival, the property will provide detailed payment instructions, for example a link to a secured payment platform. Environmental Sanitation Tax This is a mandatory fee established by the government of Quintana Roo. All resorts in the Mexican Caribbean must charge this tax to guests upon check-in. The amount is $70.50 MXN per night, per room (approximately $4 USD, subject to variations depending on the exchange rate).Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
