"Voyage une famille, 12 personnes rarement ensemble pour Restaurant"

L’accessibilité aux activités ,plusieurs piscines , avoir des personnes à la réception parlant français, certains Restaurant très agréable, comme la route 66 génial, le personnel du Bar de piscine

Notre lit est pas confortable, le personnel du self, pas toujours agréable , obligé de réclamer du café pour les chambres, un café pour trois personnes, nous sommes une famille de 12 personnes qui n’a pas été pris en compte ou très rarement au Restaurant c’est dommage

En règle général tout c’est très bien passé

L’organisation des restos et le manque de flexibilité pour la création d’un resto table de 12 ou deux tables de 6. Les équipiers sont pas toujours agréables et te fond comprendre qu’ils veulent rentrer chez eux. Seul le route 66 était top

We were upgraded to sea view junior suite which was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and attentive. Great snorkelling trip with beach pick up.

Check in was slightly chaotic and having to book dinner through an app wasn’t ideal. Guests would take any available sun-beds by 7am. El Beso Adults only was less crowded than main resort but keep to the beach if you are looking to relax.
