Vinu’s Place

Very clean and peaceful place.we ended up 2 days instead of 1.The breakfast was amazing.the family were so nice and generous.so much space in the sitting room to do yoga 🧘‍♀️.enjoying breakfast on the balcony was our favorite thing is during the stay😍🍃.they always keep our privacy. Hope to come again.

We had a warm welcome at Vinu's place. The family is very friendly and breakfast very good. The place was spacious and comfortable with a nice balcony. It's a short walk from the beach but away from the hustle and bustle. Very quiet and peaceful

Very nice place and clean. It's only walking distance to the beach. Vidu and his family welcomed us with king coconuts. Beautiful place and it has a cool bedroom, balcony, bathroom, living room and a little kitchen. you can see monkeys anytime in outside. The balcony is the best place to have your meals. you can try delicious breakfast here. Very kind hosts and they always keep our privacy.

Vinu's Place is a Great Place to stay in Sri Lanka. It's very quiet, clean and so peaceful. The Host & his family welcomed me warmly with a cool King coconut. You can see the monkeys in the breakfast time. Also, the mom's breakfast is so delicious. Vidu and his family are very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, I have only booked a day. But I really enjoyed my stay. it's very close to the beach. Everything is perfect. If you visit Hiriketiya, you should visit this place.

What a lovely, welcoming family. This is why it's so great to stay in homestays rather than hotels! They were so accommodating to our needs and also helped book a tuktuk to Galle for us, which turned out to be great fun too!

Amazing host family, very good food, room has everything you need (including a mini fridge with water), 10 min walk to the beach. You can see monkeys and peacocks from the room.

It was a bit hot in the room, although the fans helped a bit.

I enjoyed my stay so much! The apartment is very spacious, it also has a private balcony with a nice view to the jungle full of monkeys, squirrels and birds. Vinu's Place is little bit remote from the busiest part of the town - I was surprised at the beginning, but then it made our stay even better. The hosting family is extremely hospitable and caring. Highly recommended!
