Sophistication Stay-Cation with a Roof Top Pool!

Beautiful property, amazing location and the roof top pool and gym is such a gem! We have stayed here twice now and it is my go to if it’s free when we visit Auckland, I highly recommend this for style comfort and location 🥰

Beautiful apartment. Excellent location. Relaxing. Comfortable bed. All the amenities you need. Lovely roof top pool and hot top. Didnt have time to explore the indoor pool but heard lots of positive feedback from other guests

Due to 2 night stay there could have been more towels as were used for both showering and pool. While there was a clothes hanger to dry towels on the wet towels were not always dry in time for next day. However not a big issue. If it was more clear on booking we would have happily brought towels with us. In saying that it was still great. Floors very creaky across hotel. Not a fault of apartment. Could hear other people walking around from creaking floors at all hours wbich would have been the same for us as well.

The location was close to all attractions

The host only send the Code to the lockbox at 3pm, a few hours before we arrived at the property. We did not have internet yet as we just arrived from the Airport. A good Samaritan contacted the host who were not helpful at all. Even after I supplied all information to her, expect the color of my eyes, she still did not want to let us in. My wife and I are both pensioners, just arriving from South Africa, and did not expect this lack of assistance. Also, the shower had a major leak! Every time we had a shower the bathroom is flooded. If you look at previous reviews, this was reported more than a year ago and still not fixed???

It was bright, very comfortable

The washing machine made our clothes smell. There was things like mouldy turmeric root, excess dust and one of the bedside tables had an unidentifiable gunk that we had to clean ourselves. Their guest portal says to contact if further supplies are needed however we were told to go to a convenience store. The dishes were pretty dirty and we found a stain on the bedsheet and pillow. The shower leaks pretty bad (although there is a drain in the bathroom floor). All in all it is disappointing to pay for a cleaning fee and there is so much potential. There’s also an old bag of jellies found down the side of the couch. It seems the cleaning is extremely poor.
