"Okay but would not stay again for the reasons mentioned above."

Location was noisy with traffic so unable to open windows at front.

There were no kitchen cupboards to store food/tins etc. food we brought was put on the small work surface in kitchen so not much room for food preparation.

"A great location for working or sight seeing in the Woodstock/north Oxford area."

This is a very well equipped and comfortable property in a convenient location for north Oxford - the airport, Blenheim Palace all being close by. Communication with the host was seamless.

Nothing of note - I would strongly recommend the property/

Great location, very clean, spacious and very nice place to stay, would definitely recommend. Great value for money

Only negative was the mattress, it wasn’t conformable, very lumpy in places, didn’t get the best nights sleep, also the bed frame makes noises every time you moved, steel frame made squeaky noises with the slightest movement which was frustrating. Although it was a very big bed it wasn’t comfortable and gave us both back ache after the two nights.

Ideal for a short stay at a good price. Handy for a stop off on journey along M40. the magnificent Blenheim Palace just up the road.

Next to a busy road. Difficult to locate and open up in the dark.
