AUThe view is stunning. Everything is exactly like the pictures. You've got privacy even though the accommodation is not too spacious.

House is backed onto their living room, can sometimes hear their tv etc

Having to listen to the hosts tv till pass midnight, then having to listen to there music the next morning!
NZWould have loved a coffee on the deck, if it wasn't so cold in Rotoroa! ;) Lovely place to stay a night! Thank you to the hosts!
CNThe balcony view is beautiful,owner is very friendly ,room is very clean and tidy !!! And in the evening you can see the Milky Way on the sky
That Room actually is in the owner’s house,connected with their living room,but the door enter their house is locked,but you still can hear owner family watching tv or talking,we stayed two nights,one night I heard ppl snoring sound,but after I talked to owner,there was not snoring at second night,if you travel with your partner,probably you will want to more privacy
