PLThe apartment was very clean and nicely finished. It was visible that it is a brand new place. It also had a nice view - straight into green fields. The area was peacful and favourable to have a rest. The bed was also comfortable. The whole place seemed to be great until today...
Beside the outrageous situation I am just going to describe in here, the only disadvantages I saw in the apartment: no kitchen sink, no sponge and no washing-up liquid - and the host asks to wash the dishes in its rules of the object, lacks better cuttlery - we had a problem to cut a roll and a cucumber. The place is quite far from the city centre of Rotorua - not a walking distance. And that would be all in terms of the apartment, except the host. To the point and most important thing. After 3 days of our stay I have just received the message from Booking Customer Service that the host informed them that I did not follow the rules of the object and that I am accused of stealing a binoculars from them. They demand paying them back 33 NZ dollars for that. Which I DID NOT DO and moreover, I HAVEN'T EVEN SEE ANY BINOCULARS AT THIS PLACE. I am shocked and disgusted. They did not try to contact me to clarify the situation. They just wrote booking and accused me of stealing something. So the way they try to resolve the problem is just rude and not good. I warn you all travellers. I don't know what is going on. Maybe someone really stole it from them or it is just an awful trail to swindle money from me.

GBQuiet, beautifully decorated and modern, lovely view. Great shower, comfy bed, spacious.
We knew it was out of town, 1 and a half hours to walk into the city so you have to be prepared for that. Having said that you can catch buses or get taxi's but nothing close by. UHT milk in the fridge, fresh would be better.
