NZClean, warm and comfy in a quiet location with a pleasant rural outlook and not too far from the city, although you need a vehicle.
No sofa or comfy chair. No hard path to the facility, which is at the back of the house. Kitchen is a rather weird re-use of a walk-in wardrobe with no tap or basin - you have to use the bathroom 🤔.
AUThe view was awesome. Immaculately clean.
It's annex to someone else's house.(spare room). Didn't feel comfy and can hear someone watching tv next door. Lack of privacy due to security cameras

SGSuper clean and looks exactly like the pictures. The view from the room is amazing. Location is great - a short drive to town centre. Hosts were friendly and suggested what we can do/eat around the area. The user manual provided in the room has ample of information. Check in and check out was easy.
