One bedroom flat in Oban town centre

This property is located in a very dark unlit alley, where you also have to get past approx 20 wheelie bins first. The apartment itself is inside a larger building where the front and back doors are not secure. The apt also smelt of dampness. This information is not known on booking.com. We contacted the seller at the time to be told those doors are always open and no-one ever complained of odour or safety before. We advised we were not happy to stay due to feeling unsafe due to doors to property, dark alley and damp smell. Due to this we requested a refund the owner declined. See pictures below from outside.

Not hard to find. Central location. Very clean.

This apartment is very convenient to Oban town centre.

Difficult to find the property better instructions would have helped and also with the use of the wifi and heater. Nothing is written out to help you. Bed is not as described… it’s just a small double for 2 adults ….very uncomfortable.

The mattress sagged so could do with replacement.

Great location clean everything you would need apart from a broken sofa bed and no spare linen

Comfortable, clean, well appointed flat. In a great location close to the town centre and ferry port. Had slight problem finding the exact location (my own fault) - phoned number provided and was given details I needed.

Flat was secure, but the lock on the front door into the building broken and the door at the back of building wouldn't close.
