Very noisy at night

The flat is fully renovated and very comfortable. Nice touch from the host to have some water, sparkling wine and beer in the fridge waiting for us upon our arrival. The location is as central as you can get, with all the pubs/bars, minimarkets, etc. just below. Furthermore, it has two nice balconies with fantastic view.

The location ! The noise (very loud music) from the bars is annoying, unless you are a party animal ... Be warned, even on the 13th floor, even with the good quality windows that the flat has, it is still difficult to sleep at night. We were warned but I did not believe that the noise would be so loud on such a high floor. The most sensitive of us used ear plugs. One more thing, the block of flats needs renovation. Not the flat itself - that is great - but the entrance to the building, the lifts, etc. could do with a fresh coat of paint.

Modern, comfortable and clean.

Given its position, the lockbox is very difficult to see during the day and especially at night.

The apartment was excellent!! 2 large rooms, one with ensuite, excellent showers in both. Kitchen was very well equipped with large fridge / freezer. Coffee pod machine was a bonus. Best aspect was the views from the balconies - stunning views of the sea, including the sunset. Hosts were extremely helpful, answering questions and requests very quickly. 100% recommend.

The view from the balcony was awesome. Fairly well equipped apt and very comfortable. Vg tv / wifi signal . Very clean .

Plumbing v poor and needs attention. We had a flood on our 3rd or 4 th day! Drain in shower clogged up! Was beginning to do same again on leaving! We had no running water from midnight until 7am!! Problems with the system… notice at reception about this. Location spoilt our holiday.. opposite nightclubs/bars .. extremely noisy every night til 4am!! Little sleep 💤 for a fortnight! No poolside facilities. Not even toilets! Had to return to apt on 13th floor for the loo! Poolside cafe/ bar closed the entire fortnight ! Sunbeds v poor, uncomfortable and more than half broken and needing replacement. Lift area and pool area neglected and run down!! We should be refunded half the cost at least with all the problems we had.

Everything nice and modern inside the apartment. Two bathrooms and view from 13th floor was amazing.

You need to have ear plugs to sleep at night. Loud music every night up tp 04:00. Very weak water presure and some time even no water was big disatvantage for us.

Sea views are exceptional

I think the most beautiful balcony and view in Tenerife! The apartment is spotless. Far beyond any expectations! Equipped as an apartment for living with everything. The team that deals with admonitions is as passionate and serious as I have never met in Tenerife! Congratulations!
