A very good apartment! I liked the ocean view, the cleanliness and the attention to detail. The owner helped us with tips and ideas for good restaurants. We will definitely come back!

The view from the balcony is amazing. Clean and modern facilities. Perfect location in the middle of everything.

The property was roomy and nice decor ,fantastic view and host was very friendly and helpful .

Even though we were told it was in a busy /noisy area. Nothing could prepare us for the extremely noisy bars close to the property from 8pm until 4-5am . I would not recommend this property if you want to be able to sleep at night.

I had an unforgettable stay in Las Américas, . This apartment, with its two bathrooms and two bedrooms, is spotless, and everything is brand new. The manager is extremely reliable, which greatly contributed to the quality of our experience. Additionally, the proximity to Troya Beach, just a three -minute walk away, is a significant advantage. The highlight of the stay was the incredible view of the ocean from the two balconies. It was a breathtaking experience to wake up and enjoy the picturesque sea view. Not to mention, the best bars and restaurants are conveniently located nearby. I highly recommend this place for a memorable stay in Tenerife!

A bit noisy at night

The apartment is impeccable! Recently renovated, modern and equipped with absolutely everything you could want. The location is perfect, very close to several beautiful beaches. Restaurants, bars and shops can be found right on the ground floor of the block. Exceptional view and feeling in the apartment! Thanks to the owner for the whole experience.
