Panoramic Floor - Las Americas

I have stayed in this apartment twice and I am sure I will come back. I liked it both the first and the second time. There is a little noise from the clubs nearby, but it did not bother us. Congratulations to the owners for managing to maintain a high level of quality every year!

Great location, close to all the clubs and nightlife and at the same time on the beach. Cleanliness, quick and easy self check-in process! Super host!!!

Very good host. The apartment was clean. The location is wonderful. They allowed a later checkout. Everything was perfect.

It is a very nice clean appartment. The view from both balconies is wonderful. The owner is very friendly and you get answers immediately. The Troya beach is at a stone's throw.

The appartment is very nice modern and clean. It is equiped with everything you need. My favorite feature of the property is the breathtaking view from the balcony.

If you are going to hang out, these apartments are just wonderful, as they are close to all clubs and parties. The apartment was clean, with a beautiful view of the ocean, the owner is very friendly, we liked everything very much, I hope to come back here again.

Leaving after less than 24 hours!!

The unbearable night time (from 10pm until 4am) noise from nearby clubs/bars, which wasn’t made clear on the property description (described as lively and vibrant - a massive understatement!). Sleep was impossible even after leaving the apartment at midnight to find a late night chemist that sold earplugs. From around 9am the morning after we arrived the water was turned off - no explanation or warning or time it would be turned on again. Contacted the owner who took over 2 hours to reply stating it was a small leak on the lower floor but did not state when it would be turned on. Was very dismissive saying no one had informed them about the water cut. They said I should have rung on the emergency number - however, I had rung that on first arriving at the apartment as we had been given the wrong key safe code - it was unobtainable! Advised them that a strong smell of ‘drains’ was apparent on entering and worse in both bathrooms - they responded with ‘there is no smell but if it continues they would look at sending someone over to check’! So after a sleepless night followed by no water to shower, flush toilets etc and the inevitable prospect of a further 6 nights of no sleep we made the decision to find alternative accommodation in a quieter and more pleasant area. We have sent numerous messages to the owners informing them of the above and the fact that we would require them to reimburse us with the booking costs as we believe this property is hugely misrepresented in the booking description. Stating it was in a ‘lively and vibrant’ area doesn’t come close to how it is really is. To date the owners have refused to reply to any of my messages and even messages from Booking.com regarding this. Please read the feedback from other people who have recently stayed in this awful apartment and you will clearly see that ALL the above issues are a daily occurrence (not just at Christmas/New Year as stated by the owners).

The apartment is very nice, clean and newly refurbished. Perfect if you want to be out all night!! The night clubs are directly below the apartment which means alot of noise ..

The noise.

The apartment has everything you need for a vacation. Nothing was missing. The view from the balcony windows is perfect.

The loud sound of party music from nearby bars was huge, making it impossible to fall asleep until around 4 a.m. The smell of sewage from the bathroom was very unpleasant and could be felt in both bathrooms.
