The room was modern and comfortable. The shower was space age with an array of shampoos and shower gels to choose from. The choice of breakfast was out of this world. There is so much to choose from. Everything was carefully thought of. Without a doubt, it is the best B&B we have stayed at.

Don't be fooled by the outside of the house. It might not look the best, but what lies behind the front door is a very pleasant surprise.

The breakfast arrangements are good and works well. No concerns at all with this flexible approach. Lots of choice day or evening for snacks and hot drinks and in comfort.

I noted dust/fluff on the carpet around the electric/bedside by chance when I dropped a pen. Similarly the television appeared not to work indicating no signal available. I felt the bed mattress was to soft etc and I took some settling that evening.

Really clean and cozy. We only live 25mins drive but its perfect for a night out in chelmsford being only a 10min drive from the town. We stayed in the platinum room and it was a lovely size comfy bed. Only thing was the TV is a bit white on the screen with a couple of lines down it but to be fair that really wasnt an issue for us at all. Had a lovely stay and will be booking again soon for sure.
