Luxury on a Budget Chelmsford - B&B ROOM in a quiet family home

Very clear information, clean, friendly and great selection of food, snacks and drinks. A really thoughtful host.

Mattress was a little too soft, but obviously this is personal preference.

General atmosphere, very relaxing! Everything was spotless. The room was 100% prepared for us. And the food!!! It was probably the best b&b stay in my life TBH

Very quiet and comfortable room. Very nice host, can't complain about anything related to the hosts. Very clean. Great WC and shower.

my only criticism is that the room is very small, and if I take into account the location + price. I was thinking it was going to be a bit bigger or maybe slightly cheaper. Despite this it was comfortable, clean and quiet.

The host was very welcoming and friendly and clearly puts her heart and soul into the property. The bedroom and bathroom are immaculately clean; there is a huge amount of snacks and breakfast items available in the room with plenty of utensils etc provided. The bed was comfortable and the shower nicely hot.

There is a lot of stuff in a small space. I would be happy with a single bed and a bit more floor space.
