Cozy 2-bedroom property with shared garden

Was such a welcoming environment ☺️. We arrived with no issues and warmly greeted. I had just graduated from nursing school at sunderland University. The host was very friendly and helped with offering advice for local places to go. The pets were also very friendly. Was a pleasure. Thank you for having us. We would love to come back another time

The property was great for our requirements. Very helpful hosts and prompt communications. Great location and close to amenities and short walk to restaurants, cafes, pubs, shopping centre. We would stay here again.

It is not helpful to the host for anyone to be asked to provide negative feedback. This is their livelihood. If a guest had anything to report regarding this item I strongly suggest that this is a private area that the guest can report directly to the host. This is an area that I strongly feel should be made private and anonymous. Saying all of that I have nothing negative to report about this property.

Perfect location

Great location, walking distance to the city centre, good pubs and places to eat. The Ivy (pub) is just across the road. Great food and drinks

Hosts are great but the property itself needs a bit of TLC
